THESE THINGS I BELIEVE

 

 

I Believe

·     Christ is Glorified.

·     I am Justified.

·     God is Satisfied.

I Believe

• The grave is behind me – Sin’s penalty has been met at the Cross.
• God’s Grace is with me – Sin’s power has been broken by the Cross.
• The Glory is Before me – Sin’s presence vanquished through the Cross.

I Believe

• I may be IN the world, but I am not OF it.
• I am a Pilgrim and a Stranger.
• Regarding the Flesh, I’m not for it: It was once my closest friend, now my constant enemy.
• Regarding the Devil, I’m not for it: Once his Tool, I’m now his Target.
• I have a New Father – Above me.
• I have a New Friend – Beside me.
• I have a New Family – Around me.

I follow The One who makes all things New – Especially me.

Can we say, hand on heart, that we believe these things?
