HOW SMALL A WHISPER WE HEAR OF HIM

He hangs the earth on nothing, He binds up the water in His thick clouds. Yet the clouds are not broken under it. He stirs up the sea with His power. And by His understanding He breaks up the storm. By His spirit He adorned the heavens. Indeed these are the mere edges of His ways, And how small a whisper we hear of Him. But the thunder of His power who can understand?

Job 26:7,8,12,13,14 (NKJV)

Doesn’t this make you think of how great God is?

We stand in awe of His power!

By the Word of the Lord the heavens were made. And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. Let all the earth fear the Lord: Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke and it was done; He commanded and it stood fast.

Psalm 33: 6,8,9 (NKJV)

Man since the beginning of time has looked at the heavens and pondered how they were made, and asked who put them there? Sadly in his quest to gain knowledge he has ignored the very Person who made it all happen, and yet when the TRUTH is known all we can do is marvel!

• The Power – to create each of the stars.
• The Wisdom – to maintain their heavenly courses.
• The Incredible Beauty – displayed throughout the universe.

All these combine to affirm the Creator’s Majesty, Power and Care.

Yes indeed, ALL WE CAN DO IS MARVEL for the heavens declare the Glory of God.

What is man that Ye shall be mindful of him?

He is mindful of us because He loves us!
