And God said, Let there be a firmament (expanse or expansion) in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

The Days of Creation.

The work of God is perfect:

He is the Rock, His work is perfect: for all His ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is He.

Deuteronomy 32:4

God is not the author of confusion.

 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

1 Corinthians 14:33

God is a separator, and if we miss this lesson, we have missed the whole point of the truth taught in Genesis.
