PadkosCONFIDENCE

I have set the Lord always before me: because He is at my right hand, I shall not be removed.

Psalm 16:8

This is the confidence we as believers can have, if we are prepared to take God at His word.

  • Daily we are to set the Lord before us.
  • Daily we are to seek His wonderful face.
  • Daily we are to enquire after Him.
  • Daily we are to find all our sufficiency in Christ.

Tomorrow can take care of its self!

Psalm 16 lets us listen to our Lord and Saviour as He prays to the Father, immediately prior to His death on the cross. The perfect man, completely dependent on the completely perfect God, in stark contrast to the way the world worships other gods.

We can have complete confidence in God’s protection.
