SPIRITUAL DARKNESS

It is very sad that without the Saviour, mankind is blundering his way through life and stumbling at every corner. It is a life that can only be described as spiritual darkness, where he plays with the secrets of life itself, whilst at the same time, ignoring the Creator and the very essence of existence.

He has achieved brilliance without wisdom and unimaginable power without conscience. He has trampled on everything that is Holy and he has belittled the Scriptures and ignored its Author.

• He knows more about war than he does about peace.
• His efforts to find peace are set to fail because he has ignored The Prince of Peace.
• He knows more about killing than about living.
• He has grasped the mystery of the atom and yet has rejected its Creator.

He may well cry as the Prophet Isaiah did when he said:

Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips.

Isaiah 6:5

God has not left us without a witness.

He has left us His Holy Word.

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

Psalm 119:105

We therefore have no excuse for living in a world of darkness.

Accept Him as Saviour and allow the Greatest Light to enter into your life. Read, study and meditate on God’s Holy Word as often as you can and you will never be in spiritual darkness.
